Mark Sweet is an award-winning personal injury attorney and the founder of Sweet Lawyers. Mark has been honored by the AIOPIA as one of the “10 Best Attorneys in California for Client Satisfaction” three years in a row. He has over a decade of personal injury law experience and is passionate about providing sound legal guidance to California families and fighting on their behalf.
Mark was raised on the east coast and received his undergraduate degree in Chicago. He then graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, and established Sweet Lawyers in 2015. He has worked diligently to build a law firm that puts clients first.

Steve Baric
Steve Baric has tried more than a hundred cases in both State and Federal Courts. As a seasoned trial attorney, Steve is a skilled problem-solver who knows how to successfully navigate personal injury law. He is an accomplished attorney, and as a former Orange County Gang Prosecutor, he successfully prosecuted the state’s toughest criminals as a member of California’s TARGET task force.
Steve has experience in business litigation, criminal defense, and DUI & Family Law matters in addition to personal injury law. In 2005, Steve was honored with the prestigious Diligent Prosecutor award by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).

Arianne Espinueva
Arianne Espinueva was born in the Philippines and raised in Seattle, Washington. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, she pursued a law degree from Southwestern University in Los Angeles in 2013.
Later that year, she passed her California Bar exam. Sweet Lawyers is proud to have Arianne on our team as she is committed to fighting for justice for California’s personal injury victims. She has experience with a variety of legal practice areas, from criminal law to business law, and is licensed to practice in California.
Arianne is proud to work for Sweet Lawyers as the firm holds its attorneys and its network of caseworkers to high moral standards. Arianne is passionate about advocating for personal injury victims and consistently delivers personalized attention and focus to every one of her cases.
To date, Arianne has visited 38 countries. She’s an avid traveler who loves spending time outdoors and in the California sun.
Tyler Toomey
Tyler Toomey was born in St Louis, Missouri. He was raised in Houston, Texas, and Sparta, New Jersey, before eventually relocating to Southern California. Tyler graduated from the University of California, Irvine, receiving not one, but two, bachelor’s degrees in both Political Science and Economics. Tyler then continued onto law school at Chapman University in Southern California.
Tyler became a certified mediator while at Chapman and has been practicing personal injury law for over five years. He is licensed to practice in California.
When Tyler isn’t working, his hobbies include boating, weightlifting, DIY home improvement projects, and hunting. He’s happily married and loves spending time with his family and pets.
